About Tell Me Clara

Clara started with a very ordinary problem.

Important documents show up in ordinary life all the time: a lease before moving in, a consent form before care, a contract before work begins, a bill that does not look quite right. The stakes can feel high, but the language is often dense, formal, and hard to trust at first glance.

Why we built it

Tell Me Clara came from that daily frustration. Most people do not need a robot to make decisions for them. They need a calm first read, a plain-language summary, a list of things to ask, and a clearer sense of when a real professional should step in.

What Clara is here to do

Clara is designed to make legal and medical paperwork less intimidating. It helps translate structure, surface key points, flag possible risks, and prepare better questions before you speak with a lawyer, doctor, accountant, or other qualified expert.

What Clara is not

Clara is not a substitute for professional advice. It does not decide for you, diagnose you, or tell you what you must do. It gives informational guidance so you can walk into the next conversation less confused and more prepared.

Our promise

We are building Tell Me Clara around privacy, clarity, and humility: private by default, simple enough to understand, and honest about the limits of AI.

Plain language

No performative complexity. Clara should make hard text easier to act on.

Private workspace

Your documents should feel like yours, not training material or marketing examples.

Human judgment

The final call still belongs with you and the qualified professionals you trust.
