1. Beta service

TellMeClara is currently in beta. Features, pricing, limits, models, and availability may change as we improve the product.

2. Informational guidance only

TellMeClara provides AI-generated informational summaries, highlights, red flags, and questions to ask. It is not legal, medical, tax, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for verifying important information with qualified professionals before making decisions.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your account access secure and for activities under your account. You must provide accurate sign-in and contact information and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your documents and permitted use

You may upload documents only when you have the right to use and process them. Do not upload documents that violate law, another person's privacy rights, confidentiality duties, or intellectual property rights.

5. AI output limits

AI output can be incomplete, inaccurate, or misread source material, especially for scanned, blurry, handwritten, partial, or low-quality documents. You should review source documents and confirm critical details independently.

6. Payments, vouchers, and quotas

Paid packages, vouchers, and document quotas are provided according to the plan shown at purchase. Vouchers may be non-refundable and may not provide cash value unless expressly stated.

7. Prohibited activity

• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, or abuse the service.
• Do not use TellMeClara to produce unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or rights-infringing content.
• Do not attempt to access documents, accounts, systems, or data that do not belong to you.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time, especially during beta. We will try to avoid unnecessary disruption, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

TellMeClara is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for decisions, losses, or damages arising from reliance on AI-generated summaries, recommendations, or interpretations.
