Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how TellMeClara handles payments, vouchers, subscriptions, and document analysis quotas during the beta period.

1. Beta period

TellMeClara is in beta, and some access may be granted through test vouchers or promotional credits. Beta offers may be changed, paused, or discontinued as the product evolves.

2. Gift vouchers and promotional credits

Gift vouchers, free vouchers, promotional credits, and test credits are not redeemable for cash and are not refundable. If a voucher is used for a lower-priced package, unused voucher value may be forfeited unless we expressly state otherwise.

3. Pay-per-document purchases

Pay-per-document purchases are generally final once quota is granted or a document analysis has started. If a technical failure prevents delivery and no quota was consumed, we may restore quota or provide a replacement credit.

4. Subscriptions

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable for the active billing period once access or quota has been granted. You may stop future renewal when subscription management is available or by contacting support.

5. Failed analysis or system errors

If TellMeClara fails to process a document due to a system error, we may restore the consumed quota, provide replacement quota, or review the issue manually. Refunds are not guaranteed where the service produced an analysis but the output requires professional verification.

6. No refund for professional decisions

TellMeClara provides informational AI output only. We do not refund purchases because a user disagrees with an AI interpretation, needs professional advice, or decides not to rely on the output.

7. Abuse and misuse

We may deny refunds or credits where there is evidence of abuse, unauthorized use, repeated excessive retrying, payment fraud, policy violations, or attempts to bypass product limits.

8. How to request help

For payment or quota issues, email me@kelvinwijaya.com with your account email, package purchased, document name if relevant, approximate time of the issue, and a short explanation.
