1. Information we collect

• Account information from sign-in providers, such as name, email address, provider ID, and profile image when available.
• Documents, images, text, URLs, and other content you upload or submit for analysis.
• AI outputs, including summaries, highlights, red flags, recommendations, document context, processing status, and model usage metadata.
• Billing and voucher records, including selected products, quotas, transactions, and redemption history.
• Technical data such as timestamps, file size, file type, page count, model name, processing duration, logs, and basic analytics.

2. How we use information

• To authenticate users and provide private workspace access.
• To upload, process, analyze, translate, display, export, and re-analyze documents.
• To manage quotas, subscriptions, vouchers, payments, and product access.
• To improve reliability, security, abuse prevention, and product quality.
• To respond to support requests and investigate failures.

3. AI processing

Documents and extracted content may be sent to AI model providers for extraction, analysis, formatting, and translation. TellMeClara is designed for private document review, but you should not upload content you are not authorized to process.

4. Storage and security

Documents are stored in private storage, and account-scoped database access is protected with row level security policies. Administrative systems and service-role access may still technically access data where required to operate, debug, secure, or support the service.

5. Sharing

We do not sell your documents or analysis results. We may share information with infrastructure, authentication, database, storage, payment, analytics, or AI service providers as needed to operate TellMeClara.

6. Retention and deletion

We retain documents and results while your account uses the service, unless you delete them or request removal where supported. Some records may be kept for billing, security, abuse prevention, legal, or operational reasons.

7. Your choices

• You can choose what documents to upload.
• You can delete documents from the app where deletion controls are available.
• You can contact us about access, correction, or deletion requests.

8. Children

TellMeClara is not intended for children. Do not use the service if you are not old enough to enter into these terms or provide required consent in your jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date or posting a notice in the product.
